Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process all customer orders in a timely fashion, providing accurate sales quotations, following a clear sales ordering process, updating the order management system and the coordination of the order delivery
  • Efficiently and effectively respond to customers and deliver an exceptional customer experience, while maintaining accurate customer communication records
  • Liaise with internal team members to resolve any queries regarding support, delivery or payment terms
  • Support with the development of the customer feedback programme to capture and measure customer satisfaction
  • Develop strong internal relationships and work closely with internal teams on a daily basis to achieve business goals

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience within a similar administration or customer facing role is desirable
  • Ability to communicate and liaise with customers at all levels and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Excellent IT skills – particularly Microsoft packages
  • Process driven and attention to detail is essential
  • Problem solving skills
  • Team player, flexible and approachable
