If the candidate that you hire leaves within the first 100 days of their employment, we will source a replacement candidate for you without further charge. That way you should have peace of mind that if things don’t go to plan, you have our full support.
• If the permanent candidate we introduce to your business leaves within their first 100 days, we will replace them at no additional charge.
• If the candidate leaves within their first 14 days of employment, you would be eligible for a full refund or a replacement as described above.
