Job Description

Our client is a successful, award-winning Creative Agency who offers professional marketing services to a wide range of businesses. They are a highly talented and motivated team who delivers exceptional results in a fun and creative way. Due to team expansion, they are looking to acquire the services of a Senior Account Manager to join the team on a full-time basis. You will be supporting the Account Director as the key point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will have an experience as an Account Manager/Senior Executive within a Marketing/Advertising agency.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Client Director & Account Director across all client accounts
  • Plan, manage and conclude projects to a high standard of creative quality and client service
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ businesses: objectives, brand, market, competition and issues
  • Manage all job briefs through the agency process and schedule projects.
  • Develop clear and inspiring briefs and amend briefs when required to engage the creative teams
  • Complete timely revenue forecast updates and monthly billing for clients
  • Contribute to new business discussions and presentations, coordinating input from senior colleagues where necessary
  • Manage the smooth running of projects day-to-day
  • Support junior team members on your client accounts coaching and developing their skills
  • Oversee the creative work, ensuring sign-off processes have been followed before submitting the work

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience of account management in a creative or marketing agency setting is essential
  • Expertise in identifying opportunities and growing client accounts is preferable
  • A keen interest in marketing, design or a relevant creative field
  • Educated to degree or diploma level in Marketing or a relevant field
  • Positive “can do” attitude with a confident, proactive mentality
  • Proactive Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to build positive and effective relationships with clients and colleagues

Additional Information

  • Working Hours are 9 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday
  • Hybrid working – 2 days a week in the Office (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
