Job Description

Our client is a well-respected, ambitious company who work closely with executive level business owners and senior HR executives within Fortune 500 companies across all industries. They are market leaders in delivering exec level workshops and events to senior level participants (CEO’s, MD’s and Directors) and they are now looking to recruit a highly self-motivated, confident and proactive Client Relationship Executive to their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting senior level executives and build relationships with them in order to secure them as ‘Speakers’ at their workshops and events. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a natural people person with the ambition and drive to accelerate their career. You might be a recent graduate, or perhaps be looking for a career change; this role is primarily a personality driven role and will reward someone with the right attitude. Please note: This is a full time, permanent role working 9am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday. The role is initially office based for the training period, but then hybrid working will be offered. Due to the location of the office, you will need a full driving license and your own transport, but there is free parking on site.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with a community of experts via phone, video calls, and e-mail.
  • Identify potential speakers via the internal CRM system, research/industry news, and LinkedIn.
  • Reach out to prospects and previous speakers to fill speaker slots for upcoming workshops and events by telephone, email and messaging.
  • Support the facilitation of the events and workshops themselves.
  • Act as a first point of contact for VP/Director Level Executives and thought leaders before and after the event.
  • Take ownership of the speaker booking process ensuring you provide excellent client care throughout all communications.

Key Skills & Experience

  • A recent Graduate looking to kick-start their career, or prior experience in a Customer Service, Sales or a Client Relationship role.
  • Excellent communication skills – confident to speak with senior level Executives.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and driven with a keenness to progress in their career.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible approach to resolving problems and task management.
  • Highly proficient in IT.
