Due to continued growth, they are looking to acquire the services of an empathetic and skilled Clinical Admin Coordinator to join their team at an exciting period of growth and deliver a first-class customer journey. – Please note that this role is open to both full-time and part-time applicants.

– If part-time, the salary would be pro rata to reflect the hours worked.

-This is a hybrid-working role with candidates being able to work 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week working-from-home.

Main responsibilities:

  • Booking appointments for patients with the company’s clinicians.
  • Creating and sending patient letters following consultations.
  • Invoicing and collecting payments for appointments, prescriptions, and blood tests.
  • Liaising between patients and clinicians for any aftercare needs and queries.
  • Managing clinician diaries following patient requests to change or cancel appointments as and where required.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills with previous experience working within a customer orientated role.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • IT literate.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
