CRM Customer Marketing Manager

Job Description

Our client is the UK subsidiary of a highly successful, global manufacturer and distributor of components to a multitude of industries. Due to their continued expansion, they are now looking to add to their marketing team by recruiting a CRM Manager. This role will work alongside other members of the team, and will be predominantly focusing on providing comprehensive customer data and insights, in order to drive strategy for marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will be working in a similar role, be able to extract data from a CRM and use that information to deliver detailed analysis and content strategy for the specific verticals and channels.

Key responsibilities;

• Deliver insightful market sizing and mapping, and identify specific industry channels for content marketing strategy.
• Define and deliver the Customer Value Proposition and Go to Market for the product portfolio.
• Build and own the marketing strategy for the specific customer types.
• Create content strategy for marketing communications to both existing and new business segments.
• Undertake market research
• Build content for sales pitches and presentations.
• Provide B2B customer segmentation data and analysis.
• Produce relevant channel marketing collateral.
• Own and develop CRM data for target market segments.

Key skills & experience required:

• We are looking for a marketing professional with a specific expertise in data analysis and CRM management. If you are a CRM Manager or Data Analyst within a marketing function, then we would be very interested to hear from you.
• Ideally experience of marketing within a manufacturing/industrial organisation, promoting technical products (preferred)
• Demonstrable experience of analytics and reporting
• Excellent use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Relevant degree or diploma/qualification in marketing.
• UK driving license and transport
