Sales Support Advisor

Job Description

Our client is a Automotive business based in Banbury. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to acquire the services of a full-time Sales Support Advisor to work in their Sales & Customer Support team. They are a small, close-knit team. This is a wonderful opportunity for a confident self-starter with a foundation to advance your career as there are great progression opportnities within the role.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the Key Account Managers with Sales and Customer Service matters within a specific Sales area.
• Managing and growing sales profitability.
• Identifying and maximising sales opportunities.
• Gathering market information and intelligence to increase sales.
• Developing strong business relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Visiting and supporting customers to ensure that all requirements are met.
• Representing the business in a professional, courteous and cooperative manner.
• Produce reports and providing feedback to Department Managers regarding Sales and profits.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Previous Sales and/or Customer Service experience.
• Be able to represent the company in a professional manner.
• High level of computer literacy – Word, Excel, Vlookup, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint.
• Forecasting, Data Manipulation.
• Excellent numeracy, analytical and communication skills.
• Have a good understanding of the Automotive Aftermarket.
• Has a knowledge of vehicle components and repair.

Additional Information:

This is a full time office based role. No previous experience required as training will be provided but Sales and Customer Service experience preferred.
