Job Description

Our client is a team of music experts, composers, marketers and data analysts who bring top tier music experiences to the world through digital streaming services. Based in Banbury with an office soon opening in Central London it is fair to say our client are steadily expanding and are now looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join their Marketing team. This is new yet vital role to the company which would suit a highly experienced, data driven Digital Marketer wanting to get into a role in which no two days are the same.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of the companies Digital Marketing strategy alongside various projects including advertising on Social pages, email marketing, display adverts, SEO, SEM, ASO, as well as end to end campaign management.
  • Ensuring content is diverted to the set targeted audience at the right time to bring awareness, acquisition and retention to the company site.
  • Maintaining company brand presence across social media channels and using analytics software to identify and assess customer touchpoints as well as coming up with strategies to ensure traffic is flowing through to company websites, apps and playlists.
  • Creating, testing, optimising and growing successful marketing initiatives.
  • To manage and support in house content and design teams as well as third party marketing/media agencies on various marketing programs.
  • Ensuring company database is GDPR compliant.
  • Creating original paid social ads through Meta Business Manager and Google Ad, assessing campaigns and reporting on effectiveness.
  • Optimising the company website’s performance and SEO and identifying ways to maximise website traffic.
  • Keeping control of the budget for digital ads and making sure spend is used in the most effective way to produce results.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ Years’ experience within a data driven digital marketing role with significant demonstrated success.
  • A recognised qualification in marketing would be beneficial along with platform specific qualifications such as Google Ads, Meta etc.
  • Extensive experience in management, implementation and reporting on CRM platforms, AdTech and MarTech stacks.
  • Proven experience in strategising successful paid marketing campaigns, delivering content across various social channels with identifying target audiences.
  • Ability to draw conclusions from data and analytical reports to make valid recommendations on maximizing campaign ROI.
  • Experience with creating and developing a smooth customer journey experience on consumer websites with ambition of growing audience and securing conversion.

Additional Information:

  • Working hours for this role are Monday – Friday, 09:30 – 17:00.
