Job Description

Our client is the one of the largest converter of Transporters in the country and specifically work with one of the most well-known vehicle brands in the world. Due to continued success, they are now looking to recruit an Email Marketing & CRM Specialist to join their thriving Marketing Team within their Head Office in Banbury. The ideal candidate will be an individual who has strong project management skills with experience in working hands on with a CRM database. Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the onboarding process and helping provide full utilisation of the companies CRM system.
  • Provide input into setting up automation across various sides to the business to improve the customer journey.
  • Creating email templates for various campaigns across the company, including keeping these updated and ensuring over time the facilities are upgraded for new graphics and personalisation to generate more new subscribers and less unsubscribers.
  • Communicating with potential customers who have interacted with the companies website or social media pages to eventually generate into sales.
  • Analysing KPI data for various campaigns to make data driven decisions for upcoming campaigns to gain high engagement. Including analysing audience types and viewing audience behavior on the company website.
  • Writing company newsletters to provide company updates with new/important information, proofreading and checking company emails for correct grammar, spelling errors etc.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge and understanding in building HTML templates and marketing automation technology.
  • Experience in working hands on with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
  • Proven experience in creating and producing successful email marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics.
  • Ability to multi task whilst working under tight deadlines on multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills with a positive mindset to achieve the best results for the company.

Additional Information:

  • Working hours are Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.
  • This role is working fully on-site at the client premises based in Banbury.

  • Must have a driving license and own vehicle to be able to travel to site as the company are based in a remote area.
