Job Description

Our client is a well-established company based in Chipping Warden. They are a customer driven organisation who provide exceptional bespoke, premium services within automotive fleet management, to include maintenance, management and movement solutions for some of the most substantial and well recognised vehicle fleets across the UK. They are currently looking for an Account Services Coordinator to support their team in administration tasks.

Please note: This is a temp to perm role, working full-time from Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm. It is an on-site position, and due to location, you would need your own car.

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing booking requests via online platform or phone from fleet customers and handling any enquiries.
  • Liaising with customers and helping with booking confirmation.
  • Working with the team to ensure company and customer requirements and met with ease.
  • Process orders to fulfil customer requests.
  • Ensuring fleet inventory is up to date.
  • Running daily and weekly reports and supporting the Account Manager.
