Job Description

Our client are a global enterprise who are known in their industry for their superior reputation and sustainability. They are a thriving company who specialise in providing excellent services for their customers. Due to impressive growth and continued investment in their internal processes, they are now looking to acquire the services of a Production Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a strong administrator with excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organising workload for the Production team, considering capacity within the team and scheduled deliveries.
  • Speaking with suppliers to make sure orders are delivered on schedule.
  • Keep records and information up to date in the system.
  • Creating systems packs and electronic manuals.
  • Reporting KPI’s to the Operations Team.
  • Maintaining stock accuracy.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Previous administration experience with a keen eye for detail is essential.
  • Confident user of internal systems and/or databases.
  • Ability to use Microsoft products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and planning skills.
  • Self-motivation to build strong relationships within the team.
  • Prior exposure within a production environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Additional Information:

  • Working hours for this role are Monday -Friday 09:00 – 17:00.
  • This role is full time, working within the office 5 days a week.
