Job Description

Our client is a Digital Marketing Agency based in Warwick who continue to take on new business from a variety of different customers for their Telemarketing service. Due to impressive sales growth and planned expansion of the team, they are now looking to acquire the services of a full-time Telemarketing Executive to work in their sales team. They are a small, close-knit, people orientated team who will provide full training and support into the role. This is a wonderful opportunity for a ‘people person’ to exercise their personaility in a telephone based role and achieve commission incentives and longer term career opportunities in return.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound telephone and digital enquiries, converting them into qualified sales leads.
  • Work to high volume outbound call targets.
  • Consistently provide excellent telemarketing services in order to generate new business appointments.
  • Build and maintain the company’s contact management database/CRM platform according to sales pipeline.
  • Effective planning of time and tasks to ensure monthly sales and calling targets are achieved.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Sales or telephone experience ideal but not essential.
  • Sociable and driven to succeed.
  • Thrive in small team environment.
  • A passion for sales and excellent communication skills.

Additional Information:

This is a full time office based role. No previous experience required as training will be provided but Sales or Telesales experience preferred.
