Job Description

Our client is leading custom design and manufacturer in their field, selling their products into a wide range of industries across globally. Due to impressive growth, they are now looking to acquire the services of a full-time Business Development Coordinator to join their Marketing team based in Banbury. This is a wonderful opportunity within a fantastic business which can offer future career progression to the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing individual with strong communication skills and some previous experience working in a customer service and sales role.

Business Development Coordinator Main Responsibilities:

Ensure quality customer service over the phone
Respond to inbound product enquires and conduct outbound calls in a professional and knowledgeable manner
Identify and screen new business leads to create warm leads for the Sales team
Track business activity and follow up with mailshot campaigns and social media activity
Conduct market research to keep up with and evaluate current industry trends
Meet and communicate regularly with Sales Manager and identify needs of Marketing team to drive business development

Key Skills & Experience:

Experience generating B2B leads
Use of CRM and computer systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Self-motivated and proactive
Work well under pressure and fast paced environments
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Confident in effectively building positive relationships

Additional Information:

This is a full time role (Mon – Fri) with the opportunity for hybrid working.
25 days holiday plus bank holiday.
