Job Description

Our client is a well-established, award-winning Legal business based in Thame who really pride themselves on their core values. Due to continued success and investment, the business is looking to recruit an Administrator into their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to launch their career in an Administration role with a respected Law firm. The successful candidate will be highly organised with an excellent attention to detail and positive attitude. In return, you will work for a small, close-knit team where the impact of your work will be very rewarding.

Administrator Main Responsibilities

  • Answering and fielding client calls
  • Providing quotes to clients via phone and e-mail and preparing client engagement letters
  • Opening new files and closing files when a matter is complete
  • Assist in invoicing and invoice chasing
  • Companies house liaison including registering and satisfying charges on company borrowers
  • Copying and scanning as needed
  • Dealing with Land Registry applications and requisitions

Key Skills & Experience Required

  • Excellent customer service skills are required
  • Previous administrative experience is desirable
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Professional attitude
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be proactive when needed
  • Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced working environment
