Job Description

Our client is a successful and well-known business based in Gloucestershire, specialising in the supply of premium, organically sourced produce. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have some previous administration experience and will have aspirations to work in the facilities/property management industry. Facilities Administrator Main Responsibilities

  • To assist with booking and tracking for planned and unplanned maintenance.
  • The administration of staff accommodation; updating the property software with changes in tenants, processing deposits and producing tenancy agreements and associated paperwork.
  • To assist in ensuring that all areas managed by the facilities team are well maintained, reflective of a safe workplace and meet the standards of legal authorities and the company.
  • To assist and support the wider Facilities team as required.

Key Skills/Experience

  • Prior experience of working in administrative or facilities/property role is desirable.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a varied workload.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated with a “can do” attitude.
  • Good attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Team player ethos as well as the proficiently to work independently.
  • Sound IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams.

Additional Information

  • You must hold a driving licence to be considered for this vacancy.
  • The working hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
