Due to continued impressive growth, they are now looking to acquire the services of an outgoing Guest Reservations Executive to join in their team. Please note: This role operates on a rotating shift pattern basis, so the successful candidate will need to be flexible to work weekends. Due to location, the successful candidate will need a driving license and their own car.

Guest Reservations Executive Main Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls from customers and always remain attentive to ensure client satisfaction
  • Develop strong knowledge across all brands and branches to ensure 5 star personalised service
  • Grow sales through bookings and upselling
  • Make recommendations and promote sales through product knowledge
  • Stay informed of all upcoming events or offers
  • Ensure effective and courteous communication
  • Follow cash handling process when required

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interaction skills
  • Competent using and learning new computer software
  • Confident and concise phone manner
  • Enjoy building relationships
