Job Description

Our client is innovative, market-leading company based in Gloucestershire/Oxfordshire. They are an award-winning business specialising in unique products across food, home, garden and wellbeing. Due to continued impressive growth, they are now looking to acquire the services of an outgoing Guest Reservations Executive to join in their team. This is an exciting opportunity with huge benefits and opportunities for career progression.

Please note: This role operates on a rotating shift pattern basis, so the successful candidate will need to be flexible to work weekends. Due to location, the successful candidate will need a driving license and their own car.

Guest Reservations Executive Main Responsibilities:

Answer calls from customers and always remain attentive to ensure client satisfaction
Develop strong knowledge across all brands and branches to ensure 5 star personalised service
Grow sales through bookings and upselling
Make recommendations and promote sales through product knowledge
Stay informed of all upcoming events or offers
Ensure effective and courteous communication
Follow cash handling process when required

Key Skills & Experience:

Excellent communication and interaction skills
Competent using and learning new computer software
Confident and concise phone manner
Enjoy building relationships
