Part Time Sales Consultant

Job Description

Our client is a high quality and customer orientated rental business based in Bicester who are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join them on a part-time basis. The business provide exceptional services to School’s and Colleges across the whole of the UK and this role will play a key part in supporting their customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and warm/friendly telephone manner. Part Time Sales Consultant Main Responsibilities

• Call new & existing customers and promote the business offering.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and manage these contracts/purchases.
• Follow up on leads generated by their website and marketing campaigns with a view to gain them as a new customer before passing them over to the Admin team.
• Accurately use the CRM system and keep it up to date with any new data or information obtained.
• Achieve set KPI’s and strive to overachieve.

Key Skills & Experience Required

• Previous sales/customer service experience is desirable but not essential
• The successful candidate will have strong inter-personal skills with an eagerness to learn and work hard
• Clear and professional telephone manner
• Basic computer skills are essential

Additional Information

• The working hours for this role are Monday – Friday, 10am – 2pm or 10am – 3pm (20 – 25 hours per week), term time only.
• This is an office based position.
