Job Description

Our client is a unique and dynamic business who operate in the utilities industry. Over the past 5 years they have experienced rapid growth and as a result of that growth, they are expanding their team with the addition of a Business Support Administrator. This is a varied and fast paced role providing integral support to the Senior Leadership Team and helping with the day-to-day operation of the business. The ideal candidate will be highly organised with the ability to manage a variety of tasks, while remaining motivated and enthusiastic. Business Support Administrator Main Responsibilities

  • Providing support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) with administration tasks
  • Organise meeting room and accommodation bookings for the SLT, liaising with the SLT to understand their requirements on a case by case basis
  • Organise catering for SLT meetings onsite and offsite
  • Attend onsite and offsite meetings the morning of, to ensure the room and technology is set up correctly and catering requirements are organised
  • Making restaurant reservations for the SLT
  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the office, offering refreshments during meetings
  • Answering the office telephone
  • Open and distribute post
  • Unpacking deliveries and storing them correctly
  • Order stationary and refreshments to keep the office well maintained
  • Making sure that the office is kept to a high standard, and is void of any health and safety risks at all times

Key Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in an Administration role is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and motivated with a positive attitude
  • Confident user of all MS packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Own transport and driving license is essential
