Job Description

Our client is a well-established, genuine success story based in Warwickshire. Due to continued growth they are now looking to appoint a self-motivated and proactive Technical/IT Assistant Administrator to join their company on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to get ‘stuck into’ a role that is predicted to grow and hold a lot of responsibility within the company. It is also a great chance to learn/gain experience from the Technical Director who is known across the country for their technical knowledge.

Main responsibilities:

  • Making sure that the company software is drafting current product range accurately and efficiently.
  • Working on new product ideas and development of trusts.
  • Liaising with advisors nationally and presenting technical information to them.
  • Actively participating in technical meetings with various other members of staff.
  • Conduct effective and relevant research on subject matter as and when required and researching competitors to ensure the company are top of the industry in terms of the product and service offerings.
  • Working with the software team and the advisor panel to ensure all documents are drafted up accurately and efficiently.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • IT literate with the ability to learn new systems effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with various staff members including the advisor panel and various consultants.
  • The ability to be flexible and adapt to a growing role whilst showing respect and loyalty to the team members and organisation.
  • An appetite to improve processes and procedures where required
  • A willingness to undertake qualifications in order to grow within the role.
