Job Description

Our client is an accredited IFA practice that offer an array of financial services to their clients. Due to team expansion, they are looking to acquire the services of a Financial Services Senior Administrator to join their back office support team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity and would suit someone looking to gain experience within an IFA practice while studying towards their qualification in Financial Services.

Please note that this role is office based from Leamington Spa, but there is the possibility of the role becoming hybrid once the successful candidate is competent in the role.

Financial Services Senior Administrator main responsibilities:

  • Preparations for client meetings including client valuations.
  • Provide necessary requirements to the Paraplanning team to enable them to create suitability reports.
  • Effectively deal with ad-hoc client queries, working from meeting notes and dealing with advisers requests.
  • Accurately maintain the client database.
  • Process business and moving funds (buys/sells/switches) on platforms.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years Financial Services experience, ideally within an IFA practice.
  • Studying towards a certificate/diploma in Financial Services.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Process orientated with excellent organisational skills.
