Our client is one of the leading awarding bodies for their industry across the UK who develop quality training courses and nationally recognised qualifications. They are now looking to acquire the services of an Administration Coordinator to help support their Customer Service team. Please note that due to the nature of the role and GDPR requirements, this role is solely office based.

Administration Coordinator main responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter/process learner names onto the database for the certification of the learners.
  • Scan and upload images onto the system for the successful production of skills cards.
  • Effectively liaise with both internal and external customers via phone and email.
  • Award learners for certification on the system.
  • Sort any incoming post and distribute to the relevant area.
  • Identify any opportunities to improve systems and processes.
  • Support the implementation of IT/Customer Service practices and provide constructive feedback if required.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent administration skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with previous experience liaising with and managing customers.
  • IT literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work quickly, using own initiative and with minimal supervision.
