Job Description

Our client is a manufacturer of an impressive technology product which can be used in a wide range of industries. Due to continued success and investment, they are now looking to recruit a part time administrator to support their busy sales department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent organisational skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service to their clients. In return for your hard work, you will be given the autonomy to work independently and also flexibility with the hours you work.

Part Time Administrator Main Responsibilities

  • Taking and processing Customer orders
  • Communicating with customers with regards to delivery dates and expectations
  • Placing orders with suppliers
  • Cross referencing supplier invoices with delivery notes
  • Invoicing customers & Credit Control
  • Sales and stock reconciliation
  • Stock Control
  • Other administrative duties, including inputting data, answering phones, liaising with sales team.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Must demonstrate excellent Customer Service skills,
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Can do attitude with a desire to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to work independently.
