Job Description

Our client is a well-respected and growing company based near Leamington Spa. They are market leaders in delivering events to senior level participants (CEO’s, MD’s and Directors) and they are now looking to add a proactive Speaker Relationship Manager to their vibrant Content team. The Content team are responsible for forming partnerships with global executives from multi-national companies to speak at the events and this role will play an integral part in that. Speaker Relationship Manager Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with the business’s community of experts from Forbes 2000 companies via phone, video calls, and e-mail.
  • Identify potential speakers via research, industry news, and LinkedIn, and by expanding your own network.
  • Reach out to prospects and previous speakers to fill speaker slots for upcoming events.
  • Support speakers to create relevant and engaging topics for conversation.
  • Act as a first point of contact for VP/Director Level Executives and thought leaders before and after the event.
  • Take ownership of the speaker recruitment/sales process to ensure you provide excellent client care.
  • Meet and exceed speaker recruitment targets and help deliver a high standard of event content.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in a Customer Service, Sales or a Client Relationship role is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Communicates effectively – able to influence and persuade others through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible approach to resolving problems and task management.
  • Highly proficient in IT.

Additional Information

  • Hybrid working offered, with the expectation is to attend the office 2/3 times per week.
  • Opportunity to travel internationally available.
