E-Commerce Product Merchandiser

Job Description

Our client is an innovative & dynamic luxury retail brand, who have enjoyed phenomenal success over the past 10 years. The business is now looking to expand their operation further across the UK and abroad. As part of that growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Visual E-commerce Merchandiser to come and join their close knit, creative and knowledgeable team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in e-commerce product merchandising and will possess prior experience working in a comparable role for an online retailer, preferably in the fashion/lifestyle industry. E-Commerce Product Merchandiser Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure products are merchandised on the company websites to an exceptional standard, with on brand photography and copy communicating key and relevant sales messages to consumers.
• Ensuring all product taxonomy, categorisation and meta-data is present and correct and that products are on-boarded and removed in a timely manner.
• Monitoring and improving conversion, AOVs and retention.
• Using Google Analytics, report on user journeys/trends through each website to improve the customer experience.
• Mapping user journeys through each website to improve the customer experience.
• Collaborating with Marketing & Design on site-wide updates.
• Ensuring that stock levels and pricing is up-to-date at all times.
• Supporting the E-Commerce Manager/Management with any ad-hoc tasks

Key Skills/Experience:

• Experience implementing Product Merchandising strategies.
• Both analytical and creative.
• Experience using a website CMS.
• Previous E-commerce merchandising experience gained ideally within the fashion, accessory, jewellery or lifestyle sectors.
• Experience using Magento 2 and Google Analytics.

Additional Information:

• Working Hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. This is a hybrid role which will require a minimum of 1 day a week in the office.
