Job Description

Our client is a successful and reputable organisation operating in the healthcare sector, offering professional medical advice and other services to their customer base. Due to impressive growth, they are looking to acquire the services of a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. In this role you will be responsible for the day to day running of all marketing channels and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager.

Main Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager

  • Plan, execute and schedule all marketing content across key mobile-first channels i.e. social media, email, SEO, PPC.
  • Manage, build and develop a presence on all social media channels collaborating with front line staff.
  • Measure and report on all marketing campaigns and webpage performance, suggesting improvements where necessary.
  • Identify trends and insights, optimise content and performance based on research.
  • Analyse and evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across all channels.
  • Design campaigns to target audiences, placing an emphasis on campaign performance to help improve future programs.
  • Develop creative content to provide a consistent message to a targeted audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise the user experience.

Key skills & Experience

  • Degree in digital marketing or communications.
  • Minimum of 4 years working experience in digital marketing or communications.
  • Proven experience of consistently delivering successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Sound understanding of SEO principles.
  • Proven experience delivering ROI on PPC and Paid Ads.
  • Experienced in content management systems and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to accurately report on marketing campaigns.

Additional information

  • Working Hours are 8:00am – 4:00pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday-Friday (37.5 hours) a week.
  • Hybrid working, 3 days a week in the office and 2 days a week working from home.
