Job Description

Our client is a successful, award-winning Creative Agency who offer professional marketing services to a wide range of businesses. They are a highly talented and motivated team who deliver exceptional results in a fun and creative way. Due to team expansion, they are looking to acquire the services of a creative designer to join the team on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for branding, campaigns and communications. The successful candidate will have creative design experience within a marketing agency, or 4 + years’ experience as a designer.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Creative Directors and Senior Designer to ensure great delivery of all campaigns and strategies.
• Create and develop initial ideas through to concept development and final stage designs.
• Delivering and executing on all briefs for campaigns, adverts, branding and animations.
• Responsible for press ads, digital and web design, digital banners and branding.
• Working with the team to ensure the solutions meet clients’ standards.
• Managing multiple projects and supporting the whole design team to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Key skills & experience

• 4 + years of agency experience as a Designer.
• Experience in managing and developing campaigns and strategies.
• Ability and confidence to voice suggestions on team projects.
• Great knowledge of print and digital design.
• Consistently creative with excellent communication skills.
• Build positive and effective relationships with colleagues, and collaborate with the whole team to help, assist and guide with projects.
• Positive, self-starter, ambitious, solutions-focused mentality.
• A competent project driver with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe products, Animate and Premier pro.

Additional information

• Working Hours are 9 am – 5:00 pm Monday-Friday, (Hybrid working) 2 days a week from home.
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
