Job Description

Our client is a very successful and reputable franchise, with a focus on nurturing and development throughout their customer base. They are currently looking for a communicative and friendly individual to join their close-knit team as a Sales & Customer Service Executive. This role would suit someone who enjoys speaking to people and meeting customer needs, as well as working towards goals and targets. Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop positive, trusting relationships with clients and customers.
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone/email/Facebook.
  • To be pro-active at managing customers through the CRM System for the sole purpose of booking the client on as a customer.
  • Establish, develop and maintain relationships with customers and identify the potential for conversion.
  • Collate data on a weekly/monthly basis relating to successful sales conversion rates etc and report these to your manager.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell with products and to work within the products KPIs.
  • Contact new customers by way of a welfare call and an opportunity to upsell and check they are happy with the service provided.
  • Provide support to the marketing team and help with campaigns to drive future business.
  • Any other duties as may be deemed appropriate.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous Customer Service or Sales experience is desirable.
  • Flexibility and the ability to respond well to change and pressure.
  • Ability to positively influence and build effective relationships.
  • Personable approach with a good telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills.
  • Meticulous approach and a high level of accuracy, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Prior use of a CRM system is desirable, but not essential.

  • Driving licence and own transport is essential.
