Job Description

Our client is an established and well-respected business based in Banbury who are market leaders in their industry, offering business to business services to their clients nationally. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. Main Responsibilities

 

  • Welcome visitors to the site, ensuring health and safety to signing in and tour of building, to preparation of meeting rooms (to include refreshments) for Service led visitors & training.
  • Professional and proficient in telephone handling and handling in-depth or complex queries to locate the right source of direction of call.
  • Manage the Service Engineers job timetable, by location and customer demand.
  • Adhere to the spares process from customer query, to quotation, ordering of goods and invoicing.
  • Adhere to the returns process from customer query, to booking in and liaising with other departments to a satisfactory completion.
  • Ensure the company CRM is up to date with relevant information.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous Customer Service or Administration experience is desirable.
  • Flexibility and the ability to respond well to change and pressure.
  • Ability to positively influence and build effective relationships.
  • Personable approach with a good telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills.
  • Meticulous approach and a high level of accuracy, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Prior use of a CRM system is desirable.
