Job Description

Our client is an exciting and growing company based in Brackley. They are industry leading manufacturers who specialise in their field. Due to production expansion, they are now looking to hire a highly capable and reliable Production Operative to become part of their small and loyal team. This is an exciting opportunity, with a fantastic benefits package and the possibility for career progression for the right person.

Main responsibilities:

  • Operate plant machinery to effectively manufacture within the agreed density parameters.
  • Guarantee that storage silos are suitably stocked.
  • Ensure that products are bagged in a timely manner & maintain high productivity rate.
  • Assisting of loading of vehicles.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety practice and ISO procedures.
  • Always maintain a high standard of housekeeping.
  • Engage fully in production meetings with the Site Manager.
  • Working to agreed targets and timescales.

Essential:.

  • Ability to communicate politely and effectively with a variety of people internally and externally.
  • Accurate numerical skill and good literary skill.
  • Analytical and logical problem solving.
  • Be ambitious and goal orientated.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • An enthusiastic and energetic “can-do” nature.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a manufacturing role
  • Counterbalance Forklift Licence

Additional Information:

Working Hours: Alternate week shifts: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm.
