Job Description

Our client is a globally recognised business that supply equipment across the logistics and retail industries. Due to impressive growth, they are now looking to acquire the services of a Customer Service Executive to work in their Customer Service department and manage allocated accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business with a successful annual turnover and dynamic team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end customer journey for your allocated accounts, ensuring a smooth, high-quality service.
  • Maintain & manage stock levels using the company ERP system to effectively plan stock demand.
  • Provide, check and deliver KPI reports.
  • Hold meetings with the Customer Management team on a regularly basis.
  • Actively attend customer stores to represent the company to gather customer and installation feedback.
  • Ensure budget sales and services performance are accurately monitored.
  • Manage administration to ensure invoicing/order processing is delivered promptly and accurately.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience delivering fantastic customer service whilst building and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Previous experience working in a Customer Service or Customer Account Management role.
  • IT literate, particularly with strong Excel experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining calm and clear communication and excellent accuracy.
  • Previous experience with SAP is desirable, however not essential.
