Job Description

Our client is a well-established, genuine success story based in Warwickshire. Due to continued growth they are now looking to appoint a Legal Administrator into the team to work within their busy, growing team. This really is a fantastic place to work and a foundation to build your career, especially if you have just studied in the field of Law and are looking for an entry level role into the Legal industry. The successful candidate must be friendly and personable with stong organisational skills and the ability to manage their own workload effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Scanning and filing of legal documents
  • Viewing documents electronically and inputting the data into the company system
  • Answering incoming calls in a professional manner and dealing with any queries
  • You will review files and chase for outstanding information where required
  • Typing e-mail correspondence to clients when required
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence with support from the Estate Planning Team
  • Ensure all client information is correct and up to date on the database
  • All other general administrative duties as requested by the business

Key Skills & Experience:

  • A Law Degree or interest/experience working in the Legal Sector is desirable
  • Must have strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient with computer systems and MS packages, such as Excel, Outlook and Word
  • A high degree of written English with strong attention to detail
  • A good team player who can support others whilst managing own workload
