Job Description

Our client is a reputable and well-established business who are market leaders in their industry. They have been established for nearly 40 years and offer products/services to a vast customer base consisting of private clients and the NHS. Due to continued success and growth, they are looking to add a personable and communicative Sales & Customer Service Administrator to their close knit team based in Brackley. The ideal candidate will be a natural “people person” and enjoy communication with both customer and colleagues. Main Responsibilities

  • Ensures that all contacts are answered in a timely, courteous, consistent and efficient manner.
  • Ensures that details captured onto the Sales Order Processing system are maintained in accordance with internal and external controls/requirements as directed/updated.
  • Increases order values through targeted up-selling and cross-selling activities.
  • Resolves all minor complaints/concerns/issues raised by customers at point of receipt, logging information on ERP CRM system.
  • To ensure that returns are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy.
  • Takes an active role in providing solutions and ideas to improve margins and reduce costs.
  • May be occasionally requested to carry out other duties associated with the role or our business operations.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous Customer Service, Sales or Admin experience is desirable.
  • Problem solving, dispute resolution and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and pleasant attitude with customers & colleagues at all times.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Ability to work positively & independently and/or within a team.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work in fast paced environments.
