Job Description

This award-winning business belongs to an international group who deliver a versatile range of services to their customers, so it is a very exciting time to join the team. Following a sustained period of impressive growth, the business is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their collaborative, busy team. This is a varied role which will involve a mixture of direct customer comms, administration and credit control.

Please note: This is an office based role working from Brackley, and the working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm.

Main responsibilities:

  • First port of call for a portfolio of key account customers.
  • Answering queries and resolving any complaints.
  • Credit control for key accounts.
  • Monthly reporting of customer accounts.
  • Creation, organisation, and maintenance of job records.
  • Processing contract renewals.
  • Handling quotation requests.
  • Order Processing.
  • Scheduling invoices.
  • Liaising with other internal stakeholders.

Key skills and experience:

  • Customer service and administration experience is essential.
  • Some prior exposure to credit control is highly desirable.
  • Professional, engaging and friendly telephone manner.
  • IT and systems Literate.
  • Proactive in nature.
  • Motivated and organised with good attention to detail.
  • Positive and adaptable to business change.
