Job Description

Our client is an established family run company based on the outskirts of Southam. They are a customer driven organisation who provide high quality equipment to both commercial and personal clients. They are now looking to acquire an Accounts and Office Manager to join their team. This role would best suit a flexible, driven individual who is a natural ‘people person’ and who enjoys building relationships both internally with colleagues, and externally with customers. You will ideally have experience working with management accounts and managing associated financial operations. In return, you will work for a friendly and welcoming team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Month end management accounts, VAT, payments and reconciliations
  • Full responsibility of company accounts
  • Invoicing
  • Credit control
  • Communicating with the bank, accountants, suppliers and customers
  • General office/admin duties

Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of accounts packages (currently using Xero and Dear)
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Proactive and efficient
  • Good attention to detail
  • Professional accountancy qualification (desirable)
