Job Description

Our client is a unique automotive business who have found success in a niche market. Their bespoke service is second to none and they have built a large client base within a genuinely interesting and dynamic business sector. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a part time Finance Administrator to come and join their team, and the weekly working hours can be between 20-25 per week.

Please note: The company is based in a rural location so applicants must have a driving license and their own car. Due to the nature of the business, there will be occasional weekend work required (Less than 10 per year) and you are paid a bonus for this time worked.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Setting up payment runs
  • Chasing debtors
  • Obtaining bank account details
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Posting bank receipts
  • Raising sales invoices and taking payments
  • Answering the phone/dealing with customer queries when required

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Previous finance admin experience is essential
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexible approach to work with a team-player attitude
  • Confident with Microsoft Office packages
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Full driving license
