Job Description

Our rurally located client is a small business which genuinely changes people’s lives for the better. Due to an increase in enquiries, they are now looking to expand their team with the addition of a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive. This role would suit a self-starter who has previous experience in a target driven sales role. You must also love engaging with people from all walks of life and have outstanding communication skills.

The role offers and requires flexible hours of work, which will include some evenings (or if you’d prefer, weekends), most likely around 40 hours per week. The flexibility of hours worked is something that our client’s staff really appreciate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficient follow up of all enquiries in order to sell the services offered by our client.
  • Customer liaison work over the phone and via email.
  • Keep the client database updated at all times.
  • Answer all incoming enquiries.
  • Work to pre-defined targets.
  • Carry out all assorted administration.
  • Communicating all information correctly to clients and internal staff.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as required.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in office-based sales, lead-generation, or business development.
  • Evidence of working to targets and meeting/exceeding them.
  • Clear, articulate telephone manner.
  • Customer and results focused.
  • Professional and confident personality.
  • Can-do attitude.
