Who are we…..?

An amazing opportunity has just arisen for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Superstar to join the UK’s leading offline Introduction Agency, who are passionate about helping their members find friendship and love. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a self-motivated, organised and professional all-rounder with strong Sales, Business Development and Account Management experience who is looking to join a small (but perfectly formed), friendly team based close to Shipston on Stour (some home working available).

The role offers and requires flexible hours of work, which will include some evenings (or if you’d prefer, weekends), most likely around 40 hours per week. The flexibility of hours worked is something that our staff really appreciate and love!

As a Sales ACE we need you to be a complete whizz at following up the valuable leads and enquiries that have been generated by the marketing campaigns we run. You’ll be AMAZING at providing WOW for our clients, a SUPERSTAR when it comes to managing your workload (and all the admin that goes with it), and you’ll have the COMMERCIAL ACUMEN to understand where to draw the line in your chats potential customers. In other words, you’ll understand the best use of your time and the difference between what makes a sale and what doesn’t.

No doubt about it you are a natural influencer and persuader who can demonstrate a track record of building INSTANT RAPPORT and turning that into strong lasting client relationships!

You’ll be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service whilst recognising you’ll also make a significant contribution to the company’s sales target.

You’ll need to be IT literate, used to having a phone glued to your ear at all times, and the cherry on the cake will be your ability to understand and maximise the use of our database management systems really quickly.
