Job Description

Our client is an extremely reputable and growing business based in Warwick that offers a diverse range of services to a dedicated customer base. The company specialises in delivering these goods and services through a global network, and in turn, gives back financially to the community through charities and schools. One of their critical internal brands is an insurance brokerage who are experiencing rapid growth after a fantastic 2022 and as a result, is looking to expand its team with a Commercial Account Handler. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the insurance industry and will possess excellent communication skills. Main responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate quotations through the Acturis system.
  • Complete system presentations to conduct the thorough market exercise.
  • Effectively up-sell and highlight any new policies to customers.
  • Assist the Account Executives and Business Development Managers with the sale process as and when required.
  • Provide customers with advice and updates of their policy status and offer customers detailed product information.
  • Effectively develop any sales opportunities.
  • Efficiently deliver accurate and timely quotations through the Acturis system.
  • Develop collaborative partnerships with both internal & external stakeholders and build strong relationships by working with stakeholders within the business and with insurance partners to ensure that business targets are met.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous demonstratable experience working within the Commercial sector within Account Handling is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • IT literate.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstratable experience building relationships with stakeholders effectively.
  • Results orientated with an appetite for learning.
