We are now looking to recruit enthusiastic people who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills, into the recruitment industry.

A Recruitment Associate is an entry-level position within our recruitment team, and you will be responsible for delivering successful recruitment projects within your specialist area. Reporting to (and supported by) your Team Manager, you will drive productivity by hitting agreed targets, and ensuring a high standard of service is provided to our customers, in line with our core values; Customer Satisfaction, Intensity, Professionalism and Integrity.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conducting business development activities to ensure a regular pipeline of job opportunities, by building a network of employers (clients).
  • Meeting with clients to take job vacancy briefings and to promote our services.
  • Recruiting candidates via databases, social media channels, job boards, Linkedin etc.
  • Screening and interviewing candidates, either face to face, by video or telephone.
  • Advertising job vacancies across various websites and social channels.
  • Producing engaging video content to attract prospective candidates and clients.
  • General recruitment administration including; formatting CV’s, updating the CRM database, checking right to work documents etc.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Previous/current experience in a sales or customer-facing role, where you have been working to targets.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Good administrative and organisational skills.
  • Good all-round IT skills on Windows & PC software.
  • UK driving license & own transport preferred.
