Job Description

Our client is a well-established, genuine success story based in Warwickshire. Due to continued growth they are now looking to appoint a Legal Administrator into the team to work within their Trust Management department. This really is a fantastic place to work and a foundation to build your career. The successful candidate must be organised and accurate with the ability to manage their own workload effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Scanning and filing of legal documents
  • Viewing documents electronically and inputting the data into the company system
  • Answering incoming calls in a professional manner and dealing with any queries
  • You will review files and chase for outstanding information where required
  • Typing e-mail correspondence to clients when required
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence with support from the Estate Planning Team
  • Ensure all client information is correct and up to date on the database
  • All other general administrative duties as requested by the business

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous administrative experience is essential
  • Must have strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient with computer systems and MS packages, such as Excel, Outlook and Word
  • A high degree of written English with strong attention to detail
  • A good team player who can support others whilst managing own workload
