Job Description

Our client is an award-winning swimming pool design consultancy based in Warwickshire. The company specialises in high-quality products and works with a range of customers in both the commercial and residential markets. Due to team expansion, they are now looking to acquire the services of an experienced Technical Sales and Design Manager to work in their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has B2C sales and design experience in the pool sector. For the successful candidate, this is a fantastic opportunity to truly grow and develop themselves within a well-respected company in a close-knit working environment.

Main responsibilities:

Contributing to the development of the product design.
Developing client relationships with prospective and existing clients and customers.
Develop proposals, quotations, and tender documents to suit the needs of the clients.
Engaging in close collaboration with client teams, architects, designers, and end users across different departments.
Responding to all sales and design enquiries in a timely manner.

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience within the swimming pool industry.
Experienced in the design of mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to read architectural and structural technical drawings and schematics.
Must have experience in the use of CAD (experience in Revit desirable but not essential).
Knowledge /previous experience within the construction industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail.
Build good working relationships with other parties both internal and external.
Positive and goal-orientated attitude.

Additional Information:

Working hours: 08:00 am – 17:00 PM Monday to Friday.
25 days annual leave plus holidays.
