Events Partnership Manager

Job Description

Our client is a well-respected and growing company based near Leamington Spa. They are market leaders in delivering events to senior level participants (CEO’s, MD’s and Directors) and they are now looking to add a proactive Events Partnership Manager to their vibrant Content team. The Content team are responsible for forming partnerships with global executives from multi-national companies to speak at the events and this role will play an integral part in that. Main Responsibilities

• Proactively identify Executives who could speak at the business’s events using LinkedIn, company websites and other related media.
• Contact and build relationships with executives to secure them as a guest speaker.
• Research topics for the event content and partner with executives to create dynamic session topics.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the industries that the Executives operate in to ensure meaningful conversations are had and strong partnerships are formed.
• Provide support to the wider Content team by facilitating virtual and in person events.
• Ensure the company CRM is up to date with the correct information.

Key Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in a sales or client relationship role is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Communicates effectively – able to influence and persuade others through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible approach to resolving problems and task management.
• Highly proficient in IT.

Additional Information

• Flexibility to work from home is available (expectation is to attend the office 2/3 times per month)
