Our client is an established B2B provider of marketing intelligence and data to a number of niche verticals across the world. Due to their current plans to expand their portfolio of services and venture into new markets, they are now looking to build an Internal Lead Generation/Sales team, to support further sales growth.
As part of this exciting venture, they would like to recruit an experienced B2B Senior Telemarketer/Lead Generation specialist, who can work with the existing Marketing Director and CRM Manager, to build and then oversee a successful inbound lead generation team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in B2B lead-gen/telemarketing and be able to help to build processes, workflows and then the team itself! This role would suit an ambitious self-starter with good general commercial acumen, who either already has prior team management experience, or is looking for their first role in management.
