Job Description

Our client specialises in offering innovative yet modern technology for external MOT companies across the UK. Due to continued success, they are now looking to acquire the services of a Service Coordinator to join their growing team based in Banbury. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a thriving national business who take pride in providing staff with great prospects and job satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a team of up to 4 engineers to coordinate and plan workloads
  • Respond to customer enquiries for servicing
  • Arranging annual and bi-annual call outs for required servicing for customers
  • Arranging engineer diaries and notifications
  • Arranging callouts with customers and engineers
  • Answering telephone – assisting customers/engineers with enquiries and re-directing calls to correct department/person where necessary
  • Administration of engineer reports and invoicing to customers.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience in an Administration or Customer Service role is essential
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office etc)
  • Team player and ability to liaise with other departments
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • High quality organizational skills
