Job Description

Our client is a leading business in their field based in Banbury. Due to continued growth they are now looking to acquire the services of a full-time Sales Support Executive to work in their Sales division. They are a small, close-knit, family owned business their products being sold in a number of big name retailers. This is a wonderful opportunity for anyone looking to get into Sales within a low pressure environment as all full training is provided.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deal with inbound telephone and digital enquiries and eventually converting them into qualified sales leads after completing training.
  • Complete customer orders and returns.
  • Compile customer feedback.
  • Manage schedule and collections.
  • Monitor and track social media pages.
  • Follow standard admin procedures
  • Consistently provide excellent guidance and advice on products and services.
  • Build and maintain the company’s contact management database/CRM platform.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Sales or telephone experience ideal but not essential
  • Sociable and driven to succeed
  • Thrive in small team environment
  • Creativity and drive
  • A passion for sales and excellent communication skills

Additional Information:

This is a full time office based role. No previous experience required as training will be provided but Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.
