Production Operative

Job Description

Our client are a global enterprise who are known in their industry for their superior reputation and sustainability. They are a thriving company who specialise in providing excellent services for their customers. Due to impressive growth and continued investment in their internal processes, they are now looking to acquire the services of a Production Operative to join their Production Team. The ideal candidate have previous Production experience with excellent attention to detail with the ability to work to set deadlines.

Production Operative Main Responsibilities:

• Marking, cutting and drilling steel materials and sheet wood.
• Read and follow documentation to assemble components in the correct technical specification which can vary order to order.
• Carry out various other general duties as and when required.
• Ensuring allocated workshop area is tidy and organised.
• Adhering to company health and safety policies at all times.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Any previous experience in mechanical assembly would be beneficial for this role.
• Previous Warehouse or Production work experience is essential.
• Proactive attitude to lone working as well as working in a group setting.
• Ability to work to deadlines.

Additional Information:

• Working hours are Monday – Friday 08:30 – 16:45
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
