Job Description

** Hybrid working – approx’ 2 days working in Banbury, 3 days working from home **

We are looking to hire enthusiastic, friendly and professional people to help our customers with their recruitment campaigns.

Day to day, you will be speaking with jobseekers about their career, helping them to prepare for interviews and ultimately placing them into relevant jobs. You will also learn a great deal about commerce and industry, as you will be working alongside local businesses and helping them to hire the staff that they need.

Plus One are one of the leading independent Recruitment Agencies in the area and due to business volumes and a buoyant jobs market, we are looking to recruit a number of people into our recruitment team, in this busy and varied role!

Key  responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring that our customers receive an excellent recruitment service, by filling their permanent and temporary job vacancies.
  • Contributing to the company’s revenues by hitting personal sales targets.
  • Liaising with businesses across Oxfordshire and Warwickshire regarding their recruitment needs and taking on detailed job briefs.
  • Advertising job vacancies on social media, job boards, Linkedin etc.
  • Interviewing applicants either face to face, or by video call or telephone.
  • Ensuring that customers receive the correct number of CV’s for their vacancies, arranging job interviews and taking up references as required.
  • Updating the company database and other general administration.
  • Attending training courses to improve your knowledge of the job role, as well as build up industry knowledge.

Skills and Experience:

  • We are looking for people who enjoy sales, dealing with customers, and who take a pride in giving excellent customer service. Whether you’ve worked in an office before, or retail or hospitality, we are happy to provide all of the training you’ll need, to become a very good Recruiter.
  • Educated to at least A Level standard.
  • Good communication skills and a high standard of both written and verbal English language.
  • Good administrative and organisational skills.
  • Good all-round IT skills on Windows and MS Office.
  • UK driving license & own transport is essential.
