Senior Concierge (12 Month FTC)

Job Description

Our client is leading business based in Oxfordshire. They are a global destination specialising in luxury experiences. Due to years of success, they are looking to grow their team with the addition of a new Senior Concierge to join the Client Services team. This is a great opportunity with huge benefits for those with excellent customer service and hospitality skills.

Please note: this role operates on a rotating shift pattern basis, so the successful candidate will need to be flexible to work weekends and live locally to Bicester.

Senior Concierge Main Responsibilities:

• Be the face of the business

• Organise team rota

• Suggesting and implementing ideas and initiatives to improve business ensure excellent standards of client service

• Proactively building relationships with departments and brands.

• Have strong knowledge across all brands to ensure a luxury service

• Resolve customer issues

• Administrative duties including cash handling

• Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports

• Remain up to date with all upcoming events or offers

• Ensure active and polite communication

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experience within Retail, Hospitality, Leisure or Tourism is ideal.

• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills – particularly with international visitors.

• Excellent communicator – additional languages are desirable but not required.

• Ability to supervise and motivate a team.

• Friendly approach and passion for Hospitality.

• Computer literate.
