Job Description

Our client is an established business who are top in their field. Due to a continued growth, they are looking to a recruit a new Sales Administrator to join their close-knit team to ensure excellent support to their loyal customer base and smooth running of the business. This is a temporary role with the opportunity to go permanent. The ideal candidate will be positive and motivated which a drive to learn new skills. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their professional experience within a successful business.

Sales Administrator Main Responsibilities:

  • Support 3 Regional Sales Manager
  • Receive and process sale orders via phone and email
  • Checking the availability of orders and issuing invoices
  • Maintaining sales records
  • Compiling monthly sales reports
  • Liaise with other departments such as Accounting and Customer Service
  • Ad hoc duties as required and helping other departments
  • Communicating with MOT centres and garages.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Good Communication skills and customer service skills
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Fast paced and energetic to fit into their small close-knit team.

Additional Information:

  • Temping for 2 months and chance to go permanent if successful.
  • Immediate start.
