Job Description

Our client is a specialist law firm based in Wellesbourne who uphold a great reputation in their field of expertise. They are looking to recruit a friendly, results-driven Marketing Manager on a part time basis, with experience across web and digital marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience from a professional services sector, and will be an approachable individual who enjoys having the autonomy to lead on the day to day marketing tasks. This is a generalist marketing role, which will allow the candidate responsibility for all marketing activities across the firm, including managing relationships with external agencies, and working with marketing budgets. In return, you will work within a small, close-knit and supportive team; and for a business who offer flexibility in approach, and genuine future career progression opportunities. Our client will provide a full induction and training programme, plus a willingness to invest financially in further development.

Please note: This role is part time (3-4 days a week) and the working hours are 9am – 5pm with some flex for the right candidate.

Part Time Marketing Manager Key responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing the firm’s website, including performance monitoring, content creation, SEO strategy development and management.
  • Create, deliver and manage PPC campaigns.
  • Lead generation and lead conversion monitoring to support business sales.
  • Developing and implementing PR, Advertising, Incentive & the social media marketing campaigns.
  • Report on marketing activities in management meetings and board meetings.
  • Supporting the management team with internal communications.
  • Design, conduct and report on client satisfaction surveys.

Key skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years Marketing experience.
  • Experience of website management, copy writing, PPC campaign management, SEO, social media marketing and content creation.
  • Confident to manage day to day marketing tasks independently.
  • A qualification/degree in Marketing or a similar field is highly desirable.
  • Good business acumen, with the ability to analyse metrics to monitor marketing results and influence future strategy.
  • Enthusiastic in approach, with a team player mentality.
